Susan is responsible for overseeing NISA’s marketing and communications. She focuses on building broad, sustained recognition of NISA as a leader in institutional investing. In addition, she coordinates internal communications designed to further strengthen NISA’s mission, vision, and values.
Prior to joining NISA in 2022, Susan was Chief Marketing Officer at Moneta, and previously an independent marketing consultant as well as the National Launch Manager for a high-growth startup. Prior to that, she led creative development for clients at advertising agencies, TBWA Chiat/Day, and DMB&B. She earned a BA degree in Advertising from the University of Missouri, Columbia’s Journalism School, and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
