Tiby Samuel

Tiby Samuel has a diverse work experience in the field of technical services and IT administration. Tiby began their career in 2008 as an Associate Infrastructure Engineer at Mphasis, where they provided technical support for US-based customers and managed Exchange servers. Later, in 2011, they worked as an IT Administrator at Micrologic, specializing in building and supporting IT networks for small and medium-sized businesses. In 2013, they joined Softcom Solutions as a System Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Technical Services at Nisai Group since October 2022, after serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at the same company.

Tiby Samuel completed their B.Tech in Computer Science from Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous) in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala between 2003 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended Marthoma Residential School, although specific dates and degrees obtained are not provided.

In addition to their formal education, Tiby Samuel obtained certification in Microsoft 365 Essential Training for Administrators from LinkedIn in June 2022.
