Gill H.

Gill H. is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Nisbets since January 2019, Gill previously held the position of HR Business Partner for the South West at Connect Group PLC from March 2016 to December 2018. Prior to this, a significant tenure at TNT lasted from April 2004 to February 2016, where Gill progressed from Regional Employee Relations Partner, overseeing employee relations across 14 sites, to People Development Manager, managing a team of five advisors. Gill’s career began at Wessex Water in June 1994 as a Personnel Assistant, eventually becoming a Regional Training Advisor before relocating to the Head Office in Bath. Education includes a BUSEC qualification obtained between 2009 and 2012.
