James Boast

James Boast has extensive experience in product management and purchasing, currently serving as a Product Manager and Senior Buyer for Nisbets since April 2007. Key responsibilities include new product development, price negotiation, quality control collaboration, and strategic brand category reviews, alongside supplier engagement and participation in trade shows. Prior experience includes five years as Purchasing Manager at Euro-fit Systems Ltd, where James was responsible for global sourcing, logistics management, and stock planning. Additional early career roles spanned procurement and sales across various organizations including East Riding of Yorkshire Council and English, Welsh and Scottish Railways. James Boast is furthering education at the University of Derby since 1993.
