James Church

James Church has over 25 years of experience in property and facilities management. James has held various roles throughout their career, including Head of Property & Facilities at Nisbets since 2019, Group Property & Facilities Manager at Connect Group PLC from 2013 to 2019, Group Property & Facilities Manager at Helphire Group plc from 1999 to 2013, and Associate Partner at E T Parker Chartered Surveyors from 1994 to 1999. In these positions, James has been responsible for managing commercial property portfolios, overseeing real estate services, handling construction projects, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and developing strategies for efficient property management.

James Church has a history of education that includes attending Mowden Hall School from 1976 to 1981 and Oundle School from 1981 to 1986.
