Eric Lehman

Eric Lehman, DML, DSL, currently serves as a Training Developer and Maritime Technical Instructor & Simulator Operator at Nisga'a Group since May 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating training needs and supervising personnel in compliance with relevant regulations. Prior experience includes similar roles at COGNITION, LLC and Advanced Technology Logistics, Inc., where Eric achieved critical project goals while maintaining high standards. Eric's extensive military background includes various leadership and operational positions within the US Army from July 1997 to December 2019, including Senior Operation Manager and First Mate, overseeing personnel, logistics, and maritime operations. Eric is pursuing a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Business and Management at Excelsior University, expected to be completed in December 2025, and holds an Associate of Applied Science in Military Technology Leadership from Thomas Edison State University.
