Eric Lehman, DML, DSL, currently serves as a Training Developer and Maritime Technical Instructor & Simulator Operator at Nisga'a Group since May 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating training needs and supervising personnel in compliance with relevant regulations. Eric is pursuing a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Business and Management at Excelsior University, expected to be completed in December 2025, and holds an Associate of Applied Science in Military Technology Leadership from Thomas Edison State University.
