NISHIO RENT ALL Co., LTD. is a company mainly engaged in the leasing of construction and facility work equipment, as well as event- and industrial-related equipment. The Company has two business segments. The Leasing segment is engaged in the leasing and sale of construction and facility work equipment, communications-, information- and image-related equipment, event exhibition-used equipment and industrial machinery, among others; the design, manufacture and leasing of soil improvement equipment and turbid water treatment equipment, as well as the manufacture and leasing of speed earth retaining equipment, among others. The Others segment is engaged in the maintenance, manufacture and sale of construction work machinery; the manufacture and sale of nails and screws; the non-life insurance agency business, as well as the operation and management of real estate, among others. As of September 30, 2014, the Company had 24 subsidiaries.
