Matthew Bulger

Matthew Bulger is an experienced government affairs professional specializing in criminal justice. Currently serving as the Government Affairs Manager at Niskanen Center since April 2021, Matthew previously held positions as Senior Policy Manager and Policy Manager at Dream Corps from June 2019 to April 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at the American Humanist Association from September 2011 to June 2019, progressing from Legislative Assistant to Legislative Director. Early career experiences include internships with the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, United States Senator Al Franken, and United States Representative Travis Childers.
