Bredale Rucker

Bredale Rucker currently serves as Assistant General Counsel for Labor and Employment at NiSource since December 2023. Previous experience includes a leadership role as Senior Counsel for Labor & Employment at KONE, where responsibilities involved partnering with HR and business leaders on various employment law matters and developing DEI strategies. Rucker has also worked as an Employment Attorney for Allstate, providing legal counsel on a range of employment issues, and as Employment Counsel for Reyes Holdings, managing litigation and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Additional positions held include Senior Compliance Manager at ComPsych, Managing Partner at Rucker Law Offices LLC, Senior Litigation Associate at Kirkland & Ellis, and Litigation Associate at Dentons, along with a role as a Judicial Extern for The Honorable Arlander Keys. Rucker holds a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a B.S. in Finance from DePaul University.
