Crystal Miller is a seasoned leader in supply chain operations and strategic sourcing with extensive experience in construction management. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics at NiSource, Crystal focuses on continuous improvements in supplier management and third-party risk, while actively participating in the Sustainable Supply Chain Alliance. They have previously held significant roles in global sourcing and procurement at organizations such as Mylan and Viatris, driving initiatives that enhance vendor performance and operational efficiency. Crystal holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Waynesburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from The University of Akron.
