Elisa Fitzgerald is an accomplished leader in technical training and organizational change management, currently serving as Vice President of Technical Training at NiSource since 2012. In this role, Elisa is responsible for enterprise-wide training initiatives, developing technical training strategies, and enhancing safety performance within Electric and Gas Utilities. Prior positions include Director of Field Experience & Utilities Governance and Director of Operations Strategy & Execution, where Elisa shaped strategic agendas and led change management programs. With extensive experience in the utility sector and a solid educational background, including an MBA focused on Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University, Elisa has demonstrated a commitment to driving operational excellence and fostering collaboration across teams.
