James Hannis

James Hannis currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Architecture at NiSource, focusing on enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and integration of IT systems. Prior experience includes roles such as Chief Architect and Director of Enterprise Architecture at Cardinal Health, where responsibilities encompassed eCommerce strategy and support for enterprise solutions in various business areas. James has also held leadership positions in IT strategic planning and enterprise architecture across multiple organizations, including EXPRESS and Ascena Retail Group, where efforts included the creation of omni-channel roadmaps and oversight of merger and acquisition activities. With a strong foundation in technology solutions, James has contributed to numerous projects, including the implementation of ERP systems and compliance initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from The Ohio State University and a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Eastern Kentucky University.
