Julie Benner

Julie Benner, SPHR, SWP, currently serves as the Director of HR Business Partner and Director of Talent Management at NiSource, where responsibilities include Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and HR & Talent Analytics. With a strong background in talent strategy and workforce dynamics, Julie has held various roles such as Manager of Talent Strategy and Lead Talent Development Consultant, contributing to executive succession planning and strategic workforce planning initiatives. Prior experiences include HR Manager roles at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company and Honda of America Mfg., Inc., as well as a college recruiting management position at Ernst & Young LLP. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Bowling Green State University.
