Karl Stanley

Karl Stanley serves as Vice President of Supply & Optimization, Customer Operations, and Commercial Operations at NiSource since February 2017, having previously held similar roles at Northern Indiana Public Service Company from November 2010 to February 2017. Experience with NiSource extends back to 2005, where Karl held positions including Executive Director of Energy Supply & Trading and Director of Energy Supply Services, managing gas supply activities and optimizing asset revenue while mitigating risks. Earlier roles include positions at NIPSCO and various risk management roles at NiSource Inc. and energy firms like Nesi Energy Marketing and Gelber Energy Inc. Karl Stanley holds an M.B.A. in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Chemistry from the University of Chicago.
