Kevin Johnson

Kevin Johnson has extensive experience in regulatory analysis and financial reporting, currently serving as Lead Regulatory Analyst at NiSource since June 2019. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Vice President, Controller at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where responsibilities included managing the technology accounting program for the Consumer and Community Banking line of business. Kevin's career also includes significant roles at Columbia Pipeline Group, featuring oversight of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance programs, and a prior tenure at NiSource, where achievements included preparations for major public offerings and overseeing financial reporting processes. Kevin earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University from 1995 to 1999.
