Kimberly Ferrell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service management within the utility industry. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Care Centers at NiSource since April 2020, Kimberly is responsible for overseeing customer service policies and initiatives across five operating companies under the Columbia Gas brands. Prior to this role, Kimberly held various leadership positions at NIPSCO from 2000 to 2020, including Customer Service Center Manager and Energy Assistance Manager, where responsibilities ranged from managing call center strategies to supporting low-income customers. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Indiana Wesleyan University.
