Sarah A. Baker, M.Ed., is a dedicated change leader with extensive experience in student engagement, diversity and inclusion, and change management. Sarah held various roles at Columbus State Community College from 2012 to 2013, including Specialist in the Student Engagement and Leadership Department, Program Manager for Global Diversity and Inclusion, Director of the Change Management Office, and Administrator in the Office of the President. Currently, Sarah serves as a Senior Change Management Lead at NiSource. Sarah is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at Franklin University and has earned a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs from Tiffin University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Science from The Ohio State University and an Associate of Arts from Columbus State Community College.
