Viji Jagabandhu has extensive experience in IT and project management, currently serving as a Board Member at Directions for Youth & Families since September 2022. At NiSource since March 2018, Viji has held multiple leadership roles including Director of Transformation Delivery, Director of Solution Architecture & Information Systems, and Director of Enterprise Architecture - Solution. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Express and LBrands, where Viji enhanced customer retention through a loyalty program, and Program Management - Omni Portfolio at Abercrombie & Fitch, overseeing a $17M sales portfolio. Earlier experience includes Director of IT at Brickman Facility Solutions and various roles at American Electric Power, Quick Solutions, and Electronic Data Systems, focusing on project planning, system architecture, and process improvements. Viji holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from Meenakshi College and an Honors Diploma in Information Systems Management from Aptech Computer Education.
