Andrea Shaw

Andrea Shaw has extensive experience in human resources and program management, currently serving as Deputy General Manager of the Program Management and Planning Office within Global People Services at Nissan Motor Corporation since July 2006. This role focuses on global workforce initiatives, technology enablement, and standardizing processes. Prior positions at Nissan include Senior Manager roles in various HR capacities, overseeing talent management and strategy alignment across North America. Before joining Nissan, Andrea held multiple positions at General Motors and Saturn, gaining expertise in inventory control, quality management, and supply chain processes. Andrea earned a degree from the Missouri University of Science and Technology between 1989 and 1994.
