Brian Crockett is vice president, Manufacturing, Smyrna Vehicle Assembly Plant, Nissan U.S. Appointed to this position in October 2022, Crockett is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Nissan's largest vehicle assembly plant in the U.S., including oversight of productivity, quality, safety and environmental compliance.

Since joining Nissan in 2012, Crockett has held leadership roles of increasing importance throughout Nissan's manufacturing operations. This includes his most recent assignments: senior director, Smyrna Plant Operations; director, Smyrna Trim & Chassis; and director, Integration Factory Automation – where he has helped transform manufacturing operations to support Ambition 2030, the company's long-term vision.

Prior to Nissan, Crockett's background includes leadership roles in the railroad and construction industries. Crockett has had a fascination with technical and physical transformations, and as he's progressed in his career, his priority has shifted to transforming teams and individuals.

Crockett holds a bachelor's degree in business administration & management from Middle Tennessee State University.
