Kuno Paeng

Kuno Paeng, P.Eng. has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Field Quality Investigations at Nissan Motor Corporation since June 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing claims and call center operations, dealer training, and new product planning. Prior to this role, Kuno held various positions at Nissan, including National Operations Manager and Fixed Operations Manager, managing dealer relationships and customer quality performance. Kuno also has experience in product planning and marketing operations from previous roles at Hyundai Auto Canada Corp., where responsibilities included developing telematics systems and managing product planning. Kuno holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from McGill University.
