Leo Medrano

Leo Medrano is vice president, Finance, Nissan U.S. and Canada. Appointed to this position in May 2025, Medrano is responsible for leading the finance functional controllers and accounting teams.

Medrano joined Nissan in 2012 and has held multiple leadership roles throughout Finance and Audit, most recently serving as director of Internal Audit for the Americas region.

Medrano has 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. He holds an executive development institute diploma from Vanderbilt University – Owen Graduate School of Management and a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
