Luke Armbruster

Luke Armbruster is a Design Engineering Team Lead at Nissan Motor Corporation, where since June 2021, responsibility includes overseeing a team of engineers to ensure the delivery of vehicle restraint systems, including curtain airbags, side airbags, and seatbelts. Previous experience as a Design Engineer focused on automotive restraint systems involved leading development programs and implementing cost-saving design changes. Prior to joining Nissan, Luke worked as an Engineering Research Intern at Henry Ford Health System, creating innovative assistive products for the visually impaired while utilizing various engineering techniques. Luke holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Bioengineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
