Marco Fioravanti is vice president, product planning, U.S. and Canada. He was appointed to this position in July 2022. In this role, Fioravanti is responsible for continuing to transform Nissan's product lineup in line with the company's long-term vision – Nissan Ambition 2030.
Previously, Fioravanti was the vice president of product planning for Nissan's AMIEO region (Africa, Middle East, India, Europe & Oceania), where he was responsible for understanding and responding to customer trends in that market to ensure that Nissan's product lineup remained robust and exciting. He was also an active member of the Nissan Global Marketing and Sales team, conceiving, implementing and deploying the "Nissan Intelligent Mobility" brand strategy across all markets.
Fioravanti has been with Nissan for more than nine years in a variety of roles, including product strategy and planning in Switzerland and France, as well as product marketing at global headquarters in Yokohama, Japan. Prior to Nissan, Fioravanti held product planning and marketing positions with two other major global automakers.
Fioravanti has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma.
