Stefano Fascio

Stefano Fascio has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they served as the Group Supply Chain Director at Nissha Metallizing Solutions, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, from March 2021 to March 2022, they worked as a Supply Chain Senior Manager at KOMATSU ITALIA MANUFACTURING S.P.A.

From October 2018 to February 2021, Stefano worked at Prima Industrie S.p.A., where they held the role of Divisional Logistics & Purchasing Manager. Stefano previously served as the Logistics & Purchasing Manager at the same company from February 2011 to September 2018.

Before joining Prima Industrie S.p.A., Stefano worked at Dayco Europe (Mark IV Automotive Group) as the Logistics Manager from January 2009 to January 2011, and as the Purchasing Manager from October 2005 to December 2008.

In their earlier career, Stefano held positions at Teksid (Fiat Group) as the Plant Purchasing & Material Manager from September 2003 to September 2005, and in various Purchasing/Procurement/Material Management roles from July 1997 to August 2003. Stefano also worked at Amada Manufacturing America Inc. (Amada Group) as a Production employee from September 1995 to April 1997.

Stefano's work experience began with an internship at Pirelli in May 1995, where they gained valuable exposure to the industry.

Stefano Fascio completed their M.Sc in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Torino in the years 1989 to 1995. Later, they obtained an LL.B in Law from Università degli Studi di Torino in 2009. In 2015, they pursued Leadership Coaching from GSO - The Forton Group Leadership Coaching School. In 2016, Stefano completed Trainer Training from AIF - Associazione Italiana Formatori with a focus on needs analysis, design, training process management, evaluation, and tools. Stefano also received Key resources training from Neo Polis per Dayco Europe in 2008, which encompassed HR, Business and Strategy, Integration, Planning, Processes and Innovation, and Economics. Moreover, Stefano has additional knowledge and skills in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, International Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Economics, acquired from Vari and Bridge Partners.
