Stefano Fascio has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they served as the Group Supply Chain Director at Nissha Metallizing Solutions, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, from March 2021 to March 2022, they worked as a Supply Chain Senior Manager at KOMATSU ITALIA MANUFACTURING S.P.A.

Stefano Fascio completed their M.Sc in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Torino in the years 1989 to 1995. Later, they obtained an LL.B in Law from Università degli Studi di Torino in 2009. In 2015, they pursued Leadership Coaching from GSO - The Forton Group Leadership Coaching School. In 2016, Stefano completed Trainer Training from AIF - Associazione Italiana Formatori with a focus on needs analysis, design, training process management, evaluation, and tools. Stefano also received Key resources training from Neo Polis per Dayco Europe in 2008, which encompassed HR, Business and Strategy, Integration, Planning, Processes and Innovation, and Economics. Moreover, Stefano has additional knowledge and skills in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, International Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Economics, acquired from Vari and Bridge Partners.
