Erika Olson

Erika Olson is an experienced educator and literacy consultant currently serving at Erin Kent Consulting since October 2023. Prior to this role, Erika has held significant positions in literacy and educational leadership, including Instructional Literacy Coach at NIST International School and PYP Coordinator and Assistant Elementary Principal at Pechersk School International. With a background that spans over a decade, Erika has also worked as a PYP Coordinator at the International School of Latvia and taught grades K-2 at the American International School Guangzhou. Erika began the teaching career at Utahloy International School Zengcheng, focusing on grades 2-4. Erika holds a Master's degree in Advanced Education from the University of the People and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Towson University.
