Shay Yaacobi

Shay Yaacobi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as CFO and VP of Finance and Operations at Nistec since November 2016, Shay Yaacobi manages the financial operations for a group comprising seven companies and over 650 employees, working closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives. Prior to Nistec, Shay Yaacobi held the position of Head of Finance and Operations at 911 Fashion Ltd., where a comprehensive finance department was established. Shay Yaacobi's career also includes serving as an economist in the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel, fostering relationships with key defense industry players, and as a product manager at Online365 Ltd., where oversight of product lifecycles and website development was executed. Educational qualifications include an MBA in financing from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in Economy and International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
