Ankita Gupta (She/Her)

Ankita Gupta has worked as a Recruitment Manager at Nisum since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Artech Information Systems from 2013 to 2023, where they were responsible for full life cycle recruiting and managed a team of 14 recruiters. Ankita worked directly with the CEO, VP, and MD to strategize and streamline the recruitment process. Before that, from 2012 to 2013, they were an IT Recruiter at Saama Infratech Pvt. Ltd., where they managed the complete recruitment life-cycle and coordinated with clients to gather requirements and source talent.

Ankita Gupta completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resource from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Ankita has also obtained several certifications, including "Body Language for Leaders," "Cultivating a Growth Mindset," "Leading with a Growth Mindset," and "Master LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment." These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification achieved in January 2021.
