Mittapalli Maruti chandra has extensive work experience in the field of technical recruitment. Mittapalli started their career at Data Group Inc in 2013, where they served as a Senior Recruiter/Lead, responsible for sourcing and interviewing consultants. Mittapalli utilized various job portals and social networking sites to post job requirements and maintain good relationships with consultants. In 2016, they joined iTech US Inc as a Senior Technical Recruiter, offering end-to-end solutions for IT challenges. Mittapalli then joined Idexcel in 2017 as a Senior Technical Recruiter, leading a team of three members and implementing partner services. Currently, Mittapalli Maruti chandra is working at Nisum as a Senior Technical Recruiter.

Mittapalli Maruti Chandra pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from KDR from 2004 to 2007.
