Allison Seeley

ELA Project Director & Lead Coach at Niswonger Foundation

Allison Seeley serves as the Director of Developing Academic Coaches at Niswonger Foundation since 2017, focusing on enhancing teacher effectiveness through job-embedded coaching to improve K-12 student learning in high-need rural and urban school districts. With over 20 years of experience in education, Allison also fulfills the role of Literacy Coach at Science Hill High School and has a background as an English Language Arts teacher. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Master of Education (MEd) in English/Language Arts Teacher Education, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, all obtained from institutions such as Milligan University and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
