Martin Buchanan is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical services and project management. Currently serving as a Technical Services Project Manager at Nitec Solutions since July 2013, Martin also held roles as Project Engineer and Senior Network Professional within the same organization, which specializes in IT outsourcing. Prior to Nitec Solutions, Martin worked as a Network Engineer at Outsource Solutions from August 2008 to July 2013, providing computing consultancy and support for SMEs in Northern Ireland. Earlier experience includes a position as a Technical Analyst at Dell, focusing on SalesForce implementation, and as a Student Programmer at the Public Record Office of Northern Ireland, where responsibilities encompassed desktop support, hardware maintenance, and small database development. Martin holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Science from Ulster University, completed in 2007.
