Samantha Ward is a seasoned project and delivery manager with extensive experience in leading large-scale business and digital transformation projects across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Delivery Manager at Niteco, Samantha has previously held senior roles at INSHUR and Zone, where responsibilities included defining project visions, driving Agile methodologies, managing client relationships, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, Samantha has successfully overseen significant budgets and coordinated multi-disciplinary teams to achieve strategic objectives.
