Jim Glackin

Jim Glackin currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Channel Sales at Nitel since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Senior Vice President Global Channels at Masergy from July 2020 to April 2022. From January 2018 to June 2020, Jim was the Vice President of Strategic Partners at CenturyLink Business for Enterprise, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with major technology companies. Jim's experience at CenturyLink extends back to 2011, including roles as Area Vice President - Channel Alliance for the Central Region and as Channel Director at Qwest from 2004 to 2011. Jim's career began at AT&T, where Jim served as Regional Director from 1994 to 2004.
