Chaz Reichert

Chaz Reichert is a seasoned professional in the medical device manufacturing industry, currently serving as Business Development Director at Confluent Medical Technologies since January 2020. In this role, Chaz collaborates with the commercial team to facilitate customer interactions and promote Confluent's expertise in complex catheter manufacturing and over-molding capabilities. Prior to this position, Chaz held various engineering and managerial roles, including Engineering Manager at Confluent and Process Development Engineer at SSI Schaefer Systems International. Chaz's career began in 2003 at Lakeland Tool & Engineering, progressing through multiple positions that built a solid foundation in injection molding and manufacturing processes. Chaz holds a B.S. in Manufacturing Management from the University of Minnesota Crookston and an A.A. in General Studies from Anoka Ramsey Community College.
