Ed Pike

Ed Pike is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and finance, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and previously as Vice President of Operations at Confluent Medical Technologies since May 2021. Prior roles include Director of Global Accounts and Director of Operations at Integer Holdings Corporation, where responsibilities included managing a key customer relationship worth $150M and overseeing a facility generating approximately $35M in revenue. Ed's background also includes leadership positions in sales, finance, and management at Advanced Forming Technology, Kroy Building Products, and Checks Unlimited, as well as consulting work at Ernst & Young. Ed holds an MBA in Operations and Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
