Joe Chappron

Joe is an experienced manufacturing operations leader with more than 30 years of industry experience. Joe oversees the Confluent Medical Technologies manufacturing sites in Fremont, CA, including Nitinol components and Nitinol material manufacturing. Joe joined NDC in 1995, and served in various operational and executive leadership roles with responsibilities for process engineering, sustaining engineering and manufacturing operations. From 1984 to 1994, Joe worked at Raychem in various planning, supervisory, and management positions. Joe studied Business Management at San Jose State University.
