Kim Sørensen

Kim Sørensen is a seasoned senior adviser at NITO - Norges Ingeniør- og Teknologorganisasjon, with extensive experience in career guidance, project management, professional development, and organizational development since January 1995. Prior roles at NITO include educational advisor, contributing to recruitment efforts in STEM, and deputy head of the professional department, managing an annual portfolio of approximately 120 events generating around 15 million NOK. Additional experience includes consulting in VVS technology and mechanical engineering with a focus on HVAC system design. Kim Sørensen holds a master's degree in career guidance from the University of South-Eastern Norway, a bachelor's degree in science management from Golden Gate University, and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with a specialization in VVS from OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University.
