Henrik Taubert

Henrik Taubert is a seasoned professional in Lean and Agile coaching, currently serving as a Senior Lean and Agile Coach at Nitor Delta and Nitor since June 2019. With extensive experience in Agile transformations, Henrik has contributed significantly to team and leadership development in fostering effective cooperation and value creation. Prior roles include Agile Coach at Scania Group, where Henrik was instrumental in the IT service development transformation, and various positions at Ericsson, ranging from Agile Coach to Senior Software Developer, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies and software craftsmanship. Henrik holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Åbo Akademi University.
