Jaakko Raami

Jaakko Raami is a seasoned designer with extensive experience in digital services and design. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at Nitor since November 2021, Jaakko works on the future developments of Elisa ID and Mobiilivarmenne. Previously, a Senior Designer at Elisa from April 2017 to October 2021, Jaakko focused on concept work and implementation for Finland's largest telecommunications company. Additional experience includes a role as a Service Designer, where Jaakko contributed to various design projects, including VR/AR experiments. In November 2018, Jaakko served as a Lecturer at Aalto University, teaching voice and chat interfaces in a Master's level course. Prior to these roles, Jaakko worked as an Algorithm Developer at the Finnish National Gallery, crafting algorithms for art exhibitions, and began a career as a Baker & Pastry Chef at Café & Confectionery Briossi from 2004 to 2012. Jaakko holds a Master's degree in Service Design and a Bachelor's degree in Design and Applied Arts, both from Aalto University.
