Tom Kiljo

Tom Kiljo is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience in Java software design and development across multiple sectors, including transportation and technology. Currently serving as a Senior Software Architect at Nitor since September 2017, Tom previously held positions such as CTO and Senior Software Consultant at Codemen Oy, and Service Director at Q-Factory Oy, among others. Tom's expertise encompasses system architecture, functional design, and team leadership, particularly in complex railway passenger information systems. With a solid educational background, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering from Tampere University of Applied Sciences, Tom has been consistently involved in various aspects of software engineering since 2007, focusing on Linux platforms and diverse technologies.
