Mette Rudfeld currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Nitor Energy since February 2024. Prior to this role, Mette held various positions at Ennova from October 2010 to February 2024, including Head of Key Account Management & Senior Advisor, Senior Advisor, Engagement Manager & Product Manager for Leadership Assessment, Engagement Manager, Consultant, Associated Consultant, Project Manager, and Analyst. Mette's earlier experience includes the position of Overkontrollør at Aarhus Teater from October 2006 to January 2011 and serving as Financial Manager (committee member) at FIB Union from September 2008 to August 2009. Mette holds a Master’s degree in Finance and International Business from Aarhus University, a Master’s degree as an exchange student in Economics from Thammasat Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree from Aarhus University in HA almen. Education was completed at Marselisborg Gymnasium from 2001 to 2004.
