Peter Waleczek is an accomplished entrepreneur and investment professional with extensive experience in the tech sector and private equity. As the Founder and Managing Partner of FLEX Capital since December 2018, Peter leads a fund that invests in high-growth tech companies within the German Mittelstand. Additionally, Peter serves on the boards of several organizations, including Formware GmbH, Docuguide, and as Chairman of the Board at Nitrado. As the CEO and Founder of PW Ventures, a private investment vehicle, Peter has a strong foundation in strategic investment and consultancy, having previously worked as a Strategy Consultant at McKinsey & Company. Peter's early entrepreneurial journey includes founding Herrenschmiede GmbH and serving on the board during Egoditor GmbH’s acquisition by Bitly. Academically, Peter holds a Master’s degree in Management from HEC Paris, a diploma in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, and is pursuing a PhD in Entrepreneurship at TU Dortmund University.
