Reto Mertner

Reto Mertner is a seasoned QA-Tester at Nitrado since February 2017, where responsibilities include developing detailed test plans and executing functional tests to ensure software compliance with requirements. Prior experience at Gameforge from January 2008 to January 2017 as a Community Manager involved administration of community forums, moderation, and building a moderation team, alongside gathering community feedback and managing internal communication processes. Reto Mertner holds a Lehrabschluss degree in cooking, obtained from Weggis, LU (CH) between 1998 and 2000.
