Jacyara Dias

Jacyara Dias is a Junior Process Engineer at Nitro since September 2022, focusing on Back Belt project development to enhance the overall performance of the Nitrocelulose Cotton plant, risk management, and process anomaly analysis. Prior to Nitro, Jacyara worked at ZARAPLAST S.A. for five years, holding various positions including Full Process Technician, Junior Process Technician, Trainee Methods and Processes Analyst, Assistant Methods and Processes, and Intern in Methods and Processes, gaining extensive experience in continuous improvement projects, Lean Manufacturing, process parameter analysis, and operational training. Jacyara holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz and is currently pursuing a postgraduate specialization in Chemical Process Engineering at Universidade Estadual de Campinas, expected to complete in December 2025.
