Robert Nowaczyk

Robert Nowaczyk serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at NITROERG S.A. since July 2013, driving strategic programs, value creation, and innovation. Previously, Robert held the position of Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at the same company and is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at NITROERG SERWIS Sp. z o.o. with responsibilities in strategy planning and operational excellence. Robert's extensive experience includes roles such as Finance & Operations Director at Rockwool International A/S and Financial Controller at Advent International. Academically, Robert has completed various executive programs at esteemed institutions, including The Wharton School and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach.
