Pranav Bhadra

Pranav Bhadra has worked in the field of business analytics for over six years. In 2021, they began working as a Business Analytics Manager at NITS Solutions, where they are responsible for transforming business data into quantitative forms that can drive actionable insight, create accurate predictions, and drive effective business optimization. Pranav also analyzes complex business data to identify trends, patterns, support decision making, and uncover new business opportunities. In addition, they lead the improvement and development of business data metrics and analytics capabilities.

Prior to this role, Pranav worked at NITS Solutions as a Lead Business Analyst from 2015-2021. In this role, they were primarily responsible for initiating the requirements gathering and leading the implementation of business and technical requirements that supported the business plans and strategies. Pranav also worked closely with the business stakeholders to create Business Requirements Documents (BRD) that outlined the project scope and goals, and converted business requirements into technical specifications after determining the detailed needs of the technical development team.

Before joining NITS Solutions, Pranav worked at Reliable Software from 2015-2021 as a Programmer/Business Analyst. In this role, they designed and developed reports, documents, and dashboards to help businesses understand key metrics and performance indicators. Pranav also used ETL tools like Import/Export wizard for transferring data from different sources to a centralized repository, and extracted and consolidated data from multiple sources into a usable format and provided to the business users when requested.

Pranav Bhadra completed a Masters of Science in Engineering Management from California State University, Northridge in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics from the University of Mumbai in 2012. In 2022, they obtained an Internal Audit ISO 27001:2013 certification from CertPro.
