Steve Boudreau

Steve Boudreau is the current Director of Regulatory & Quality Affairs at Nitta Gelatin. Steve has over 20 years of experience in quality assurance and management, having worked their way up through the ranks at Nitta Gelatin Canada, Inc.

Boudreau started with Nitta Gelatin in 1998 as a QC Lab Supervisor, overseeing four quality control lab technicians. In 2001, they were promoted to Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing the quality management systems for Nitta's Toronto location. Steve held this position until 2008, when they were promoted to their current role.

In their current role, Boudreau is responsible for ensuring that Nitta Gelatin's products meet all applicable regulatory requirements. Steve also works closely with the company's sales and marketing teams to ensure that customer expectations are being met.

Steve Boudreau holds an EMBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, as well as BScs in Biochemistry from the University of Waterloo.

Their manager is Juergen Gallert, President & CEO. Steve Boudreau works with John Romero - Director, Environmental Health & Safety, Blaine Hicks - Director of R&D, and Kelly Cunningham - Director of Human Resources.
