The Small Size Engine Valve segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of small size engine valves for car, two-wheel vehicle, truck and bus, among others. The Marine Part segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of marine and general purpose engine valves. The Variable Valve and Gear segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of electromagnetic continuous variable cam phase mechanism for car use, and precision forging gears for car, truck, and agricultural, construction and industrial equipment. The Others segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of valve lifters, machine tools and others, as well as the high-pressure washing and cylinder head repair businesses. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 14 subsidiaries and four associated companies.
