Dr. Eng. Lutfian R. Daryono

Dr. Eng. Lutfian R. Daryono has a diverse work experience in the field of geotechnical engineering and geophysics. Dr. Eng. Lutfian R. is currently serving as the Chief Engineer of Technology Development at Nittoc Construction Co Ltd, where they are responsible for developing geotechnical engineering technology and product offerings. Dr. Eng. Lutfian R. previously co-founded PT. Petra Penida Energi Indonesia and served as a Geoscientist. At Hokkaido University, they worked as a Doctoral Researcher in Sustainable Resources Engineering, conducting individual research on various aspects of geology and geotechnical engineering. Dr. Eng. Lutfian R. also worked as an Assistant Lecturer at Institut Teknologi Nasional (ITN) Yogyakarta and as a Geophysics Laboratory Assistant at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). Prior to that, they gained experience as a Field Manager at PT. Intan Prima Metalindo and as an Engineer Intern at PT Elnusa Tbk.

Dr. Eng. Lutfian R. Daryono has a diverse education history spanning multiple disciplines. Dr. Eng. Lutfian R. obtained their Doctor of Philosophy degree in Sustainable Resources Engineering from Hokkaido University in 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Engineering in Geological/Geophysical Engineering at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) from 2014 to 2017. During the academic year of 2015-2016, Dr. Daryono participated in the Summer School PARE (Populations, Activities, Resources, and Environment) Programs at Hokkaido University, focusing on Sustainable Resources.

Before pursuing their master's degree, Dr. Daryono earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics and Seismology from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) from 2007 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Dr. Daryono also obtained a certification in "How to Make The Best 'Omotenashi' at The Tokyo Olympics/Paralympic Games in 2020" from Demola Global in December 2018.
