Ashu Atreja has a work experience of over six years in the field of recruitment. Ashu began their career at Identity Software Solutions LLC as a US IT Recruiter, sourcing and screening candidates from various platforms. Ashu then worked at Alpha Silicon as a Sr. US IT Recruiter, where they handled end-to-end recruitment processes and worked with prime vendors and Tier 1 clients. After that, they joined Tanisha Systems, Inc as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle process. Currently, Ashu is working at Nityo Infotech as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Team Lead Recruitment, recruiting IT consultants at various levels. Ashu handles tasks such as resume sourcing, screening, negotiation, interview scheduling, and offers and closing.

Ashu Atreja received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology in 2015.
